OREANDA-NEWS.  November 13, 2014. LSR Group started pre-sales in Khrustalnye Klyuchi (Crystal Springs), a new residential project in Yekaterinburg with a total floor area of 290,000 square metres. Construction of the project began in 2014 and will be completed by 2019.

Khrustalnye Klyuchi (Crystal Springs) residential project consists of six buildings of 9 to 25 storeys. It offers studios, one, and two bedroom appartments of between 35 and 97 sq. metres, which will be delivered to buyers in turnkey condition and finished to the highest standards.

The buildings will be built using highly efficient industrial construction technologies. The seamless facades will reduce heat loss by 30% and have already proved themselves well in many projects built by LSR Group in Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Yekaterinburg.

Vladimir Kritsky, Managing Director, CJSC LSR. Real Estate – Urals: "Khrustalnye Klyuchi (Crystal Springs) residential project is the first stage in a large-scale municipal project to develop the Kompressorny District in Yekaterinburg. It is situated in an existing housing zone with a well-established transport and social infrastructure. By offering appartments in turnkey condition, we are addressing what appears to be the biggest problem for new residents: there is no need for finishing work and no additional costs involved. An advantageous location and an attractive price will be the main selling points of Khrustalnye Klyuchi (Crystal Springs)".
