OREANDA-NEWS. Joint Stock Company "Freight One" (Freight One or the Company) has completed the project to update the current business model aimed at improving internal business processes and increasing the Company's operational efficiency.

The project was implemented in cooperation with Logika BPM, which conducted interviews with more than three hundred employees of Freight One's structural units in the Central Office and branches, resulting in accurate description of the current model of the business processes in the Company and identification of bottlenecks.

In particular, Freight One will focus on optimization of maintaining and building customer relationships in regards to sales and services, as well as formulation of requirements for customer interaction automation, which is necessary for subsequent implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

"This project is a necessary step towards improving Freight One's operational efficiency. The results of the survey will form the basis for further development of business processes and automation of the Company's activities," said Sergey Shashurin, CIO of Freight One.
