OREANDA-NEWS. Renaissance Capital is pleased to announce that, today, Dmitry Gladkov joins as Managing Director and Head of DCM Products.

Gladkov's responsibilities will include driving strategy and managing the debt capital markets (DCM) product portfolio across the EEMEA region, in public market debt and high-yield and acquisition financing.

Gladkov has a wealth of experience in emerging markets, having previously worked on both the origination and execution side with JP Morgan in 2005-2014 as Head of Debt Capital Markets for Russia and Ukraine. Previously, in 2000-2005, Gladkov held various senior positions in the DCM area with Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs, covering the Russian, CIS, Central and Eastern European and Turkish markets.

Gladkov holds a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from St Antony's College, Oxford University (2000), and a Master of Science in International Relations from the London School of Economics (1998).

In 2013-2014, Renaissance Capital arranged over USD 12bn worth of bond placements in Russia and the CIS for Gazprom, FGC UES, Vnesheconombank and the government of the Russian Federation, among others.
