The document notes that, at the same time, that budget support will provide about 20.8% and 79,2% of external public borrowing for funding the external projects. Loans from creditors of multilateral organizations will make 91.6%, and the remaining 8.4% will be obtained from the bilateral creditors.

According to the structure of the external government loan creditors multilateral organizations, the most significant shares: EBRD - 30,0%; the European investment Bank-28.3%; the International development Association - 24.8%; the Development Bank of the Council of Europe -8,2%. A small share has the International Fund for agricultural development and the International Bank for reconstruction and development.
