GMH of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding bonds is scheduled
OREANDA-NEWS. KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the
Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE that on December 26, 2014 at 11:00 o'clock a general meeting
of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (KZ2C00001634, KASE official list, buffer
category, KASTb3; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; July 18, 2011 – July 18, 2016;
emi-annual coupon 8.50 % p.a.; 30/360).
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is approval of amendments to the issue prospectus of bonds NIN KZ2C0Y05E065.
The said meeting will be held at 115 Bogenbai batyr street, Grand Hotel Tien-Shan Almaty. Registration of participants of the meeting will be carried out from 10:00 to 10:45 o'clock.
