OREANDA-NEWS. BT today announced it has been named a "leader" for the fifth consecutive year in the IDC MarketScape: Asia Pacific Next-Generation Telcos: Telecom Services 2014-2015 Vendor Assessment*.

Noting BT Global Services' strategy, capabilities and track record, the IDC report highlights BT's commitment to the Asia Pacific region through continued investments in networks, services portfolio and people. The report also mentions the continued growth of BT's customer base in the region.

Continuing to lead in innovation: The report specifically outlines three examples of BT's recent innovation in Asia Pacific:
