OREANDA-NEWS. All employees of AvtoVAZ will receive the award on the basis of the success of the quality of cars in 2014. It was announced by the president of AvtoVAZ, Bo Andersson, at the conference of workforce.

The greatest success in the work on quality was achieved by the assembly production of cars Lada Kalina, Lada Priora, cars on platform B0, and the production of the chassis. The staff of these shops will receive a bonus of 8,000 rubles. The rest of the plant workers will get 5 thousand rubles. Bonuses do not apply to top managers of AvtoVAZ and violators of labor discipline.

"In 2014, we were able to improve the quality of Lada cars by 50%”, - said Bo Andersson. - This is evidenced by statistics that we receive from customers. By producing Renault and Nissan cars, we have proved that we are able to achieve world-class quality. Therefore, we decided to allocate 290 million Rubles for bonuses of AvtoVAZ staff".

In 2015, employees of the company twice a year will receive a bonus – from July 15th to December 15th, in case of the successful work. In this case, at least 70% of the total amount will be spent on bonuses work, the rest 30% - for managers.

From January 1st, the plant will start a phased transfer from the tariff system of remuneration to the system of salaries. Salary will be reviewed once a year upwards. In this case, the constant part of the salary will be increased, and the variable – will be decreased. 

The overall budget of AvtoVAZ for the finance of social benefits and guarantees in 2014 increased compared to the previous year by 22% to 2.2 billion Rubles. A similar amount is laid on the fulfillment of social obligations of AvtoVAZ in 2015.
