OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrtelecom shareholders made a decision to change the composition of the Supervisory Board at an extraordinary General Meeting that took place on December 16, 2014.

Subsequent to the results of the Shareholders' Meeting, the new composition of the Supervisory Board of Ukrtelecom was elected. Leonid Netudykhata was re-elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Board now includes Alekxander Barinov and Sergiy Mukovnin, with Yekaterina Lapshina and Liudmyla Pavlenko being re-elected as the Board members.

In addition, the Meeting approved the new version of the Company's Charter, according to which the position of the Chairman of Ukrtelecom JSC is canceled. The bodies of the Company are the Shareholders' Meeting, the Supervisory Board and the Director of Ukrtelecom JSC. Due to the completion of the formation of the Operator's new management structure at the level of the Corporate Center and macroregions, the shareholders decided to transfer the functions of the Chairman of the Company to its Director. Yuriy Kurmaz remains the Director of Ukrtelecom JSC. Alexander Barinov, who was previously the Chairman, is now a member of the Supervisory Board of the Operator.
