Caspi neft pays first tranche of dividends on ordinary shares KZ1C28830012 due for first half-year of 2014
OREANDA-NEWS. Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
by an official letter informed KASE of the following:
"... On December 12, 2014 the Company paid the first tranche of dividends to the amount of KZT4,443,992,789.52 (four billion four hundred three million nine hundred ninety two thousand seven hundred eighty nine tenge 52 tyiyn) (equivalent to USD24,457,857.95 as of the payment day). The remainder is supposed to be paid in 2015".
"...
