OREANDA-NEWS. AvtoVAZ was visited by the chief federal inspector for the Samara region. Sergey Chaban visited AvtoVAZ on December 16th on behalf of the presidential envoy in the Volga Federal District, Mikhail Babich. During the visit, the chief federal inspector for the Samara region met the president of the company, Bo Andersson.

As the newspaper "AvtoSreda" writes, the main purpose of the meeting – is the discussion of the dynamics of the interaction of AvtoVAZ with suppliers of automotive components. They also discussed issues related to the perspective of AvtoVAZ, social and personnel policy of the main city enterprise.

Accompanied by the president of AvtoVAZ, the chief federal inspector acquainted with the shops of company, talked to managers and employees of the welding, painting and assembly shops of the plant. Bo Andersson told about new technologies and management system, implemented in the enterprise. He noted that the main task – is to make the plant competitive, profitable and preserve the reputation of Russia's largest carmaker of passenger cars.

As noted, one of the actual problems of today is effective communication with suppliers of AvtoVAZ. To avoid the stopping of the assembly line, the situation was brought under control at the state level.

Recall due to problems with suppliers AvtoVAZ was forced to suspend production in autumn. After that, on the initiative of the Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District, an agreement was reached on regular meetings with manufacturers of automotive components. By the results of the first meeting, which took place on November 27th at AvtoVAZ, it was signed a protocol of recommendations and instructions of all stakeholders - businesses, enforcement authorities.
