OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus' gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 1.7% on the year in January-November 2014 to 690.5 trillion Belarusian rubles (USD 63.524 billion at the central bank's exchange rate), an official with Belarus' National Statistics Committee told.

Industrial output in January-November 2014 grew 2.2% on the year to Br612.3 trillion (USD 56.329 billion).

Farm output grew 2.3% to Br124 trillion (around USD 11.408 billion).

Belarus' government expects the GDP to expand 3.3% in 2014.

In 2013, Belarus' GDP grew 0.9% on the year to 636.8 trillion Belarusian rubles (USD 58.583 billion). The government had planned to see the GDP grow 8.5% in 2013.

Belarus' 2015 GDP forecast stands at 0.2%-0.7%.
