OREANDA-NEWS. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth in Georgia made 5,6 % in Q3 2014 compared with the same period of 2013. In current prices, GDP made GEL 7 billion 540,1 million in Q3 2014 (USD 4 billion 320,4 million). Deflator increased by 4,5% in Q3 2014 - told in the National Statistics Office of Georgia GeoStat.

In Q3 2014, particular growth was fixed in the following spheres: construction - 17,8%; financial mediation - 12,8%; agriculture and fishery - 9,5%, transport - 9,5%,mining industry - 11,4%; processing industry - 6,6%; real estate operations, rent and consumer service - 6,5%; trade- 5,5%.

Certain decline was reported in the personal and social service sphere - 3,1%.

The largest specific weight under GDP structure was reported in the industry sphere - 18,3%; trade - 17,6%; transport and communications - 10,6%; agriculture and fishery - 10%, public administration - 8,3% and construction - 8%.
