OREANDA-NEWS. Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its third hypermarket in Ivanovo, following on from the opening of its first two hypermarkets in the city earlier in December, 2014.

The new store is a Lenta compact format hypermarket located 3 Karl Marx Street, Ivanovo. The store has a total area of 13,152 sq.m, with 6,275 sq.m of selling space and is open from 8 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. A broad product assortment of approximately 19,400 SKUs has been selected specifically for residents of Ivanovo and includes Lenta's private label and federal product ranges alongside local produce. The store has 400 parking spaces and 35 cash registers. The property is owned by Lenta.

This latest opening in Ivanovo is Lenta's 29th hypermarket opening in 2014 and brings the total number of Lenta stores to 106 hypermarkets in 60 cities across Russia and 23 supermarkets in the Moscow region.
