OREANDA-NEWS. On December 26, 2014, the Kyiv District Administrative Court dismissed the lawsuit by the General Prosecutor of Ukraine to the National Commission for State Regulation of Communications and Informatization regarding the revocation of licenses for radio frequencies issued by TriMob LLC. The argumentation of the court's decision consists in the fact that the lawsuit was filed in violation of the statutory term of appeal to the administrative court, and the plaintiff did not provide valid reasons to the court for skipping this term.

Ukrtelecom JSC and TriMob LLC believe the decision was lawful and fair, and are pleased that the court took their arguments into account. Thus, a dangerous precedent consisting in the revocation of permission from an operator, which acted totally rightfully and to the extent of the applicable law, didn't occur.
