OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn, on its own initiative, its credit rating on Liberty Finance LLC's series 01 bonds (Reg. No. 4-01-36456-R) due to the bonds suspension from trading.

On November 27, 2014, National Rating Agency assigned its national scale 'AA-' credit rating to Liberty Finance LLC's series 01 bonds (Reg. No. 4-01-36456-R). The placement of the 10-year bonds was scheduled for December 11, and investor applications were received on December 5-9. The first coupon rate was set at 11.75% per annum, and the second one was equalized to it. Svyaz-Bank JSCB acted as an arranger.

On December 11, 2014, Liberty Finance LLC postponed its RUR5.5 billion series 01 bonds from placement indefinitely after the Bank of Russia instructed the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange to suspended Liberty Finance LLC's bonds from trading for 60 days. The trading was suspended on December 11.

NRA may reactivate its credit rating on Liberty Finance LLC's bonds after the expiry of the Bank of Russia's instruction term and removal of the reasons preventing the bond placement and distribution.
