OREANDA-NEWS. Today, the economic development of any country is in many ways dependant on the global geopolitical situation. And, Russia is no exception. The Russian economy is now starting to develop along an independent path because of the sanctions regime and strained relations with several Western countries. As well, sanctions have been imposed on a number of Russian companies, which has made doing business that much more difficult.

PwC Russia conducts an annual survey among members of Russian corporate boards to gauge how their roles compare to those of their international peers. This year, we’ll also be looking in particular at what Russian board members think of the global geopolitical situation and how the sanctions are impacting their businesses. We’ll be asking you and other board members: What in your view is the proper response to the sanction-driven changes in doing business in Russia and globally? What is your company’s specific strategy for dealing with the changing business environment?

The survey questionnaire will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please fill it out and return it to us by 30 January 2015. We will present the survey results at the 7th Russian Boards Forum in April 2015.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all information provided during the survey and subsequent data processing. The survey results will be statistically processed and consolidated into a single report, with all data made anonymous. Using summarised data guarantees that no references to individual companies or data sheets will be made.
