OREANDA-NEWS. MAYKOR announced it is expanding its cooperation with the Detsky Mir Group, the leading operator in children's goods retail. Under the new contract signed as a result of a tender, the outsourcer takes it upon itself to provide technical support and maintenance of security systems in 277 retail stores, as well as system installation and start-up operations in newly opened hypermarkets.

MAYKOR has been entrusted with the task of installation, reconstruction, and technical maintenance of burglar alarm systems, access management and control, as well as security surveillance systems. This contract prolongs and expands the collaboration with the biggest children's goods retail operator in Russia. MAYKOR is a leading outsourcing partner of the Detsky Mir Group. Since 2013, it has been providing such services as opening new stores and maintaining engineering systems. In the last year alone the outsourcer supported the opening of more than 70 outlets.

"By outsourcing to a single service provider the tech support for opening new stores and the maintenance of engineering systems in all the regions where we have a presence, we achieved maximal efficiency of the centralized approach to outsourcing. We decided to organize the security systems service following the same pattern. MAYKOR won our tender and became our service partner. We already have positive experience collaborating with them," noted Sergey Kondarev, IT Department Director of Detsky Mir Group.
