In the course of the ranking, among positive factors the Agency analysts highlighted conservative structure of investing pension assets, high level of organization of business processes and medium high level of the risk management organization.

Among rating-restraining factors medium low level of capital adequacy for operating activities, medium low ratio of capital adequacy to pension accruals and low diversification of pension assets by management companies were highlighted.
