Fourth phase of Sonyachna Brama residential complex construction status update

During the period of 1-31 December 2014 construction works at the fourth phase of Sonyachna Brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv) were carried out according to the schedule in two residential buildings.

In building B-6, the following works took place:

- aluminum window panels installation ? 90% complete; 
- roof covering ? 60% complete;
- internal concrete works ? 90% complete.

In building B-7, the following works took place:

- internal concrete works ? 75% complete;
- installation of ventilation, water supply, heating and sewage equipment ? completed;
- balconies finishing - 80% complete.

As reported earlier, TMM started pre-sales of apartments in the fourth phase of Sonyachna Brama residential complex in December 2014.
