In all Tele2-penetrated regions the company will promote its key message “Low prices in fact not in word”. The main heroes and delivery remain unchanged in the Tele2 ad videos: members of the music band talk about justice and disclose deceit in their witty texts. A new ad is devoted to Russian subscribers who often can be described as credulous and decent. They take for granted everything offered by the ad video and are prone to explain unexpected expenses on mobile services by their own mistake or an accident rather than by the operators’ tricks. A hero of a new Tele2 video found himself in a similar situation. After having received an excruciating bill, the band member is putting forward all kind of scenarios, some of them absurd. However he prefers to ignore the obvious: “What if extra expenses are caused by the fact that the video kept quiet about something?”
