OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 January, 2015, Bank "Finance and Credit" paid out, as was scheduled, a coupon income amounting to USD 4,6 million to holders of its Eurobonds for USD 100 million.

"Fulfilment of all our obligations to both our depositors and our foreign bondholders has always been an all-time priority governing operations and development of Bank "Finance and Credit", pointed out Volodymyr Khlyvniuk, Chairman of the Board of Bank "Finance and Credit".

To recap, in January 2015 Bank "Finance and Credit" announced a successful placement of Eurobonds for the amount of USD 100 million with a 9.25% coupon due in January 2019. The issuer of the new bonds was Finance & Credit Ukraine BV (the Netherlands). The new issue bookrunner is VTB Capital Bank (Great Britain).
