OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow has launched 'Transfers' application for VKontakte social network, which allows holders of cards of any Russian bank to transfer funds to cards of his/her friends and acquaintances within this popular network. When making a transfer, it is not necessary to enter the number of the recipient's card - you just need to click in the main menu of the application on a profile picture of a person, to which you are going to transfer the funds.

In order to start using the application, you need to carry out a simple registration procedure (using phone number), which takes less than a minute. You won't need to register in the application, if you have already created an account in the following mobile applications of the Bank of Moscow: BMmobile.Wallet, Household Bills and Transfers. For these applications unified credentials - username and password - are used.

Holders of the Bank of Moscow cards can perform transfers of funds to each other without any fees; for transfers from cards of other banks or transfers from the Bank cards to cards of third-party banks the commission will be 1.5% (minimum 50 roubles).

"The success of 'Transfers' application for smart-phones made us think about its introduction into one of the most popular social networks in Russia, - says Maxim Patrin, the Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow. - Active users of VKontakte network no longer need to switch between applications for funds transfer - all the actions can be performed from your favourite social network. Thus, the application will be available to an even larger audience. At the same time it will remain convenient and secure".

For maximum security of clients' funds when making transfers, modern technology to ensure the security of card transactions on the Internet (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) are used.
