OREANDA-NEWS. JSC Kazkommertsbank ("KKB" or the "Bank") (LSE: KKB; KASE: KKGB), one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, announces that the Bank's common shares, preferred shares and corporate notes listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange ("KASE" or the "stock exchange") have been re-catergorised. This is in accordance with:

(1) New KASE requirements for issuers and their securities (being) admitted to trading on the stock exchange, as well as for particular categories of the stock exchange list and;

(2) Amendments and additions to the Listing Rules of KASE effective from 1 January 2015.
