OREANDA-NEWS. The call centre started operating in test mode on December 2, and its contact phone numbers were published on the Company's website on December 8. It is located in Minsk and, apart from our Company, provides its services to the country's several leading banks. The procedure is quite simple: the calls received at the lines of three mobile operators (Velcom, MTS, Life) and the city hotline are processed by customer service operators. Quality and efficiency of their work are ensured by using the standard problem solving instructions developed by experts of Belorusneft oil product supply department. If operators' experience is insufficient to solve the client's problem, the possibility of a "deferred" solution also exists. In this case, the request will be processed by our Company's expert. And, when the urgent need arises, it is also possible to have an online consultation directly with the staff from a division of interest. During the first month of operation, 460 calls have been received by Belorusneft call centre.
