OREANDA-NEWS. UniCredit Bank was recognized as one of leaders of the rating of stable banks in Ukraine according to the Forbes magazine.

Financial institution took the fifth position of the ranking final table among the twenty possible. Forbes highly assessed bank’s European roots and its liquidity.

Banks that are included in the groups of the largest and large according to NBU classification have become participants of the Forbes chart. Banks with temporary administration, as well as those that have interruptions in cash payments have been excluded from the rating. Evaluation of the banks was carried out according to the following parameters: capital adequacy, the quality of the loan portfolio, and support from the owners taking into account political risks, capital profitability and liquidity.

To recall, as of January 1, 2015 liquidity of UniCredit Bank was 7 billion, making the bank one of for the most liquid banks in Ukraine.
