OREANDA-NEWS. BTE Company (a subsidiary of MAYKOR), specializing in banking equipment services, announced that it has won the tender to service Sviaz-Bank ATMs. The entire fleet of Sviaz-Bank ATMs has been transferred to the outsourcer, i.e. 450 units. The network covers 53 Russian regions.

MAYKOR-BTE provides equipment service based on SLM packages (second level maintenance). This means that the outsourcer provides the full range of services to support the smooth operation of equipment. Under the terms of the contract, troubleshooting should not exceed 8 hours. Efficient logistics and its own repair center (throughput is more than 100 units a day including sophisticated units) allows MAYKOR-BTE to meet these requirements.

"High-quality customer service is one of the priorities of Sviaz-Bank in the retail market. That is why the bank is definitely interested in a partner that can provide the required level of services for existing equipment and support the increase of the network. MAYKOR-BTE has the necessary resources to accomplish this task, including a developed branch network, the competence center, and technical experts," stated Sergey Polyakov, Deputy Director of Information Technology Department of Sviaz-Bank.
