OREANDA-NEWS. DIXY Group - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - announced retail revenue growth of 28.5% in Russian rubles in February 2015, and retail revenue growth of 29.6% in Russian rubles for the first two months of 2015.

For the first two months of 2015, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 40.6 bln (USD 642.5 mln) by 29.6% in RUR (decreased by 29.7% in USD) year-on-year.

In February 2015, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 20.2 bln (USD 313.0 mln) by 28.5% in RUR (decreased by 30.0% in USD) year-on-year.

Retail revenue of DIXY neighborhood stores increased to RUR 16.3 bln (USD 251.6 mln) by 31.7% in RUR (decreased by 28.3% in USD) year-on-year in February 2015.

Retail revenue of Victoria Division increased to RUR 2.6 bln (USD 40.1 mln) by 19.2% in RUR (decreased by 35.1% in USD) year-on-year in February 2015. The growth was driven mainly by retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets which demonstrated 19.1% year-on-year growth in RUR (decreased by 35.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.1 bln (USD 32.4 mln) in February 2015.

Retail revenue of Megamart Division increased to RUR 1.4 bln (USD 21.3 mln) by 13.3% in RUR (decreased by 38.3% in USD) year-on-year in February 2015.

For the first two months of 2015, the Company opened 61 stores net, including 31 store openings net in February 2015.

As of February 28, 2015, the Group had 2,256 stores under operation, including 2,126 DIXY neighborhood stores, 94 Victoria stores, 1 CASH store, and 35 compact hypermarkets MegaMart and MiniMart.

As of February 28, 2015, the Group increased its selling space by 24% year-on-year to 764,839 square meters.
