OREANDA-NEWS. A UTair Aviation charter flight has delivered 60 experts from 13 countries from Moscow to Khanty-Mansiysk to the tenth session of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation annual forum. The flight was performed with Boeing 737-500 aircraft. The return flight took place on March 13.
