OREANDA-NEWS. Parity Group plc ("Parity", or the "Group"), the UK information and marketing technology group, announces an important partnership between INITION, specialising in installation-based Augmented Reality ("AR") and Virtual Reality ("VR") experiences, and Westfield, the leading shopping centre operator. Inition is part of Parity's SuperCommunications creative marketing technology division, led by marketing thought leader Andy Law.

Following award winning AR and VR solutions with Top Shop and Selfridges last year, INITION has partnered with Westfield to launch the Spring/Summer 2015 season with an immersive VR and video wall experience at Westfield London and Stratford City on 27-29 March (Westfield London) and 2-4 April (Stratford City).

INITION's Managing Director Simon Dutton said:

"We're delighted to be working with Westfield to bring state of the art interactive technology to the reach of thousands of consumers. Combining Westfield's insight into the key Spring/Summer 2015 fashion trends with INITION's expert knowledge of virtual reality technology creates a truly unique retail theatre experience".

INITION has further reinforced its commitment to the retail sector this year by hosting a 'Future of Retail' event on 3 March attended by many high street brands and with presentations from guest speakers and leaders within their respective fields: Kate Ancketill, CEO of GDR Creative Intelligence; and Neil Tinegate, Head of Innovation at Argos.

Parity Group plc is an AIM-quoted information and marketing technology services company with two divisions: SuperCommunications, advising brands on data-led marketing and latest technology solutions; and Parity Professionals, who source and develop professional staff to transform businesses. The Group is led by software industry founder Philip Swinstead.
