OREANDA-NEWS. The provisional administration of CJSC TYUMENAGROPROMBANK appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3574, dated 19 December 2014, due to the revocation of its banking licence, held an inspection of the credit institution's financial standing and revealed the facts of asset withdrawal to the amount exceeding 1,926.6 million rubles by extending loans to companies with dubious solvency records and also by recognising on the bank's balance sheet operations of fictitious acquisition of federal loan bonds.

Moreover, shortly before the revocation of the banking licence and having solvency problems the bank conducted operations to preferentially satisfy claims of certain creditors to the detriment of the other to the amount of about 130 million rubles and also paid bonuses to the bank managers to the amount of over 12 million rubles.

As a result of the inspection held the provisional administration established that the value of the bank's property did not exceed 2,539.2 million rubles with the value of liabilities standing at 4,287.3 million rubles. Therefore, on 17 February 2015, the court of arbitration of the Tyumen Region made a ruling to recognise CJSC TYUMENAGROPROMBANK as insolvent (bankrupt) and initiate bankruptcy proceedings. The state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency was approved as a receiver.

The Bank of Russia sent information on the financial operations of criminal nature made by the former managers and owners of CJSC TYUMENAGROPROMBANK to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the Russian Ministry of the Interior for consideration and making the respective procedural decisions.
