National Company Kazakhstan Engineering provides KASE with extract from shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. National Company Kazakhstan Engineering JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2015.
According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of the company's authorized shares (common shares KZ1C51150015 only) made up 21,476,802 units;
- all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding;
- the sole Company's shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC (Astana).
According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of the company's authorized shares (common shares KZ1C51150015 only) made up 21,476,802 units;
- all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding;
