OREANDA-NEWS. AvtoVAZ intends to resume the supply of Lada cars in a number of European countries in June of 2015, including Germany. Since January, at the EU it was started to operate the new technical regulations, and the company has stopped European deliveries, by refining the products to the new requirements (tire pressure sensors, no freon in the air conditioner and compliance with environmental standards Euro 5 and Euro 6).

This year AvtoVAZ plans to ship to European markets about 3 thousand Lada cars of all models except Priora and Largus, says "Za rulem.RF”. The cars will comply with Euro 5 and receive sensors tire pressure and air conditioning improvements. The plans of the Russian car plant from July to establish the export of Lada Eco standard Euro 6. The new requirements became known in 2012.

"The planned volume to Europe this year is about 3 million vehicles in the countries, where there is an importer Lada. The strongest market in Europe is Germany”, - said the representative of AvtoVAZ. The major export markets for AvtoVAZ are Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.

As previously reported, the importer of Lada in Germany lowered the price for Lada Kalina in the body of estate car up to 6950 euros, which made the car cheaper than Dacia Sandero. In general, AvtoVAZ expects in 2015 to increase the export shipment of Lada almost 2-fold to 100 thousand cars.
