OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has launched a new flight of advertising campaign as a part of the “Honesty” concept. This time young musicians are revealing all tricks of excruciating bills for mobile services.

In a new video, members of a music band use various methods of disguise to show that promises of a low price may be a tool of deceit. The viewers see a glamorous blond girl wearing a red dress: she distracts attention of other musicians who skillfully manage to make themselves invisible in space. Just the same way a very attractive price conceals all additional conditions in descriptions of tariffs. “Calls just for kopecks are easy on the eyes but you receive a bill exceeding a fair price,” heroes complain.

Tele2 subscribers have nothing to be afraid of: the operator never uses low prices to hide any nasty tricks entailing extra costs. The company bets on principles of honesty and simplicity that is why it openly informs its subscribers of all conditions for providing services.

Tele2 launched the new advertising platform “Honesty” in April 2014. It is founded on the philosophy of honesty that complies with Tele2 brand values. The operator’s new slogan is “When it’s honest, it’s cheaper”.

The company has not only entirely changed its image in advertising but also upgraded a range of tariffs and improved its approach to customer service.

Tele2 has selected the DDB international agency as a partner for creating a new advertising concept.
