OREANDA-NEWS. Fraport's new Gate Express Service at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) lets business travelers save valuable time - with an exclusive transfer service taking them from their office straight to the airport's departure gates. Businesss travelers are driven in a chauffeured luxury limousine to FRA by the shortest possible route. Upon arrival at the terminal, business passengers are welcomed by a service employee who escorts them through a separate security checkpoint and, if necessary, through passport control. Next, the passenger is taken to a Jaguar F-Type limousine to be driven in style across the airport apron to his terminal departure gate.

This service is also available in the reverse direction for arriving passengers and is known as the Office Express Service. An airport service employee meets arriving business travelers at their gate and takes them directly to their office or another business appointment location.

Although both services have been developed with business travelers in mind, they can be used by any FRA passenger, regardless of their airline or ticket class. The only requirements are that they must be traveling with only one item of carry-one luggagge and be already check-in. The Gate Express Service and the Office Express Service both cost 99 euros per person, including transfer within a 20-kilometer radius of FRA.

These latest service innnovations are part of the "Great to have you here!" serivce quality program launched by Fraport AG (the owner and operator of Frankfurt Airport) with the aim of steadily enhancing the travel experience for passengers and visitors at Germany's largest aviation hub. Other services introduced under this program include the Frankfurt Airport App 2.0 in various languages and free 24-hour Wi-Fi Internet access available throughout the passenger terminals. More information about Frankfurt Airport's wide range of services and facilities is available via FRA's travel website and social media channels on Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and Instagram.
