OREANDA-NEWS. MAYKOR and Gazprom Pererabotka LLC have concluded an annual maintenance contract for printing and copying equipment.

Services are provided in terms of a per-piece payment, based on actual volumes of printing and copying. The price of one copy includes all consumables, spare parts and necessary service activities. All the printing and copying equipment of the Sosnogorsk Gas Processing Plant in the Komi Republic and the Liquid Hydrocarbons Transportation Department in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug was mobilized for the purposes of these services.

According to the contract, MAYKOR specialists shall ensure the continuous availability of printing equipment, provide planned preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, ensure the replacement of spare parts, maintain the necessary supply and installation of consumables and provide advisory support to users in the operation of the equipment.

"The experience of MAYKOR has shown that a printing service with a per-piece payment system is one of the most profitable schemes of service printing infrastructure for the customer, as it provides full transparency and predictability of the printing costs. Each device is equipped with special counters, which control all produced copies, in order to minimize the incidence of unauthorized printing and overspending on paper and other materials. In addition, the customer saves on the costs associated with the malfunction of equipment and the storage of consumables and spare parts ", said Ivan Andrianov, Senior Vice-President of Public Sector Accounts at MAYKOR.

MAYKOR has also recently had a successful experience in providing print services for another branch of Gazprom Pererabotka LLC, a condensate stabilization plant in Surgut, the largest gas condensate processing enterprise in Russia.
