OREANDA-NEWS. What changes await AvtoVAZ’s dealers in the near future? The appearance of new dealers in the market and the left of one ones will be only on the personal approval of Bo Andersson. The independent company will be engaged in auditing of dealers. AvtoVAZ president also intends to train employees by auto world standards. He promises to show loyalty to the dealers professionals, as well as put them clear and transparent indicators and targets. All of these changes were announced recently by Mr. Andersson at the Third Convention of ROAD.

He reminded the audience that many of the promises made to dealers in 2014, the management of AvtoVAZ fulfilled. It was promised to increase the margin - and it increased by 21.5%. It was talked about the extended warranties on produced cars - warranty was extended to 3 years and from 50 thousand to 100 thousand km. In addition, in 2014, tariffs were increased for repair for dealers (15-20%), it was increased direct delivery of parts from "LADA Image" (from 23 to 94%). To improve customer service - it was organized study for 3,400 people from 335 dealerships.

In 2015, Mr. Andersson set for himself in the work with distributors new tasks: leadership in launching of products, consumer-oriented; clear and transparent pricing; margin and payment terms; improvement of marketing; quality improvement. In addition, he promised dealers to continue to improve ordered assembly, supply of vehicles and business by spare parts.
