ForteBank provides to KASE extract from shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. ForteBank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2015.
According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of authorized shares of the bank (only common shares KZ1C40310019) is equal to 150,003,000,000 pieces;
- 92,387,104,089 of the bank are outstanding;
- the bank bought back 2,876 of shares;
- Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) as a nominee holds 16,917,665,034 shares of the bank (18.31 % of the total number of outstanding shares of the bank);
- the sole person and accordingly shareholder holding the bank's shares in the number of five and more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the bank is B. Utemuratov holding 69,087,010,639 shares of the bank (74.78 % of the total number of outstanding shares of the bank).
