This year the 18th International exhibition "Yantur" took place. Its geography is constantly expanding. Kaliningrad, the westernmost major city in Russia, is visited by interested persons from neighboring Baltic States and European countries. The exhibition is especially popular among the Russians.

According to the representatives of Vologda Optical-Mechanical Plant there were a lot of people willing to get acquainted with the products of the plant. Mainly, these were hunters interested in certain models of collimators, as well as sights with a lightguide and night vision devices.

"Our work was primary focused on hunters, as our main consumers, on the one hand, we helped people to be better oriented in the variety of our products, and on the other, we tried to increase the demand for the products, as it is the most effective advertising, since it is aimed at interested consumers. In the meantime, we have held special presentations for large wholesale stores in Kaliningrad that are selling products of our profile," said the interim CEO of Vologda Optical-Mechanical Plant Vasily Morozov.
