OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has today withdrawn the rating on Eirles Two Limited Series 364's accreting zero coupon secured notes.

KEY RATING DRIVERS

Fitch is withdrawing the rating because the notes were redeemed and cancelled by the issuer. Fitch was informed on 28 April 2015 that the redemption and cancellation of the notes occurred on 17 February 2015. Accordingly Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for Eirles Two Limited Series 364.

The rating prior to the unwinding of the transaction was: USD100m accreting zero coupon secured notes due May 2043 at 'A+sf'; Outlook Negative

The notes were issued by Eirles Two Limited, under a secured note programme arranged by Deutsche Bank, AG, London Branch, incorporated with limited liability under Irish law.
