Bonds KZP01Y05E939 and KZP02Y07E933 of Eurasian Bank included in KASE official list's Other Debt Securities category as of May 14
OREANDA-NEWS. As was announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of April 15, 2015, the following bonds of Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty) were included in the other debt securities category of KASE official list:
- KZP01Y05E939 (KZ2C00003168, KZT100, KZT50.0 bn; May 14, 2015 – May 14, 2020; fixed semi-annual coupon, 8.5 % APR; 30/360);
- KZP02Y07E933 (KZ2C00003176, KZT100, KZT50.0 bn; May 14, 2015 – May 14, 2020; fixed semi-annual coupon, 9.5 % APR; 30/360);
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of May 14, 2015 after the named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
