OREANDA-NEWS. From May 15 to May 16, 2015, an international conference IT Spring 2015 was held in Minsk, Belarus. Now in its 4th year, the event was focused on the processes of development, control, and management in IT.

IT Spring 2015 brought together more than 500 team and tech leaders, software developers, managers, business owners, and HR experts who shared their experience and success stories. The program featured about 40 breakout reports, presentations, master classes, workshops, and trainings.

The first day of the conference was entirely dedicated to agile software development. During the Agile Day, the participants were able to learn more about the creation of an efficient Agile team, as well as the continuous delivery, test–driven development (TDD), and behavior–driven development (BDD).

On the Agile Day, IBA IT Park spoke on how to bring discipline to a company and develop its potential through the use of the competence management portal, the IBA Group's proprietary software product.

The theme of the second day was management in IT with a special focus on investor relations, leadership, and strategic planning. On the Management Day, the Institute of IT & Business Administration (IBA) carried out a workshop entitled “Learning to understand Scrum”. In addition, IBA Gomel delivered a presentation on risk management.

Visitors to the IBA booth were able to receive professional consultations and learn more about the IBA services, products, training courses, and job offerings.
