OREANDA-NEWS. Melon Fashion Group has renewed its service contract with MAYKOR for one year. The leading Russian provider of IT and business process outsourcing services will continue to provide technical support of POS equipment to more than 250 ZARINA, LOVE REPUBLIC, and befree stores under the management of Melon Fashion Group.

The outsourcing contract with Melon Fashion Group was first signed in 2012. At that time, MAYKOR was servicing 30 POS systems units for several stores in the city of Astrakhan. Today, the contract covers 50 cities in 7 federal districts, and the number of supported equipment has grown 14 fold. The service package includes scheduled maintenance and repair work, commissioning of new equipment, spare parts and consumable products, installation, activation and replacement of protected electronic control tape, interaction with tax authorities, as well as information services and consulting.

"Given the wide geographic scope of our presence in Russia, cooperation with MAYKOR is our best service solution. More than 3 years of cooperation have proven the quality of outsourcing services, and therefore we have decided to extend this contract," stated Alexey Morozov, IT Director, JSC Melon Fashion Group.

"By taking over support functions, we free up our clients to solve key business challenges using extra resources. Melon Fashion Group has successfully developed a network of stores without the need to focus on technical issues related to support of POS equipment. Another extension of the service contract has confirmed the efficiency of this business approach," stated Stanislav Brodyansky, Vice President of Key Accounts, MAYKOR.
