OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding will participate in the 13th "Hunting. Fishing. Recreation" trade exhibition to be held from 28 May to 31 May in Irkutsk.

Telescopic sights with fixed and variable magnification, collimators and night sights - Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant OJSC (VOMZ OJSC) will exhibit its latest developments and top products in the sixth largest city of Siberia. These include, for example, an open collimator sight, with its commercial production launched recently, which improves the accuracy of hunting gun aiming at fast-moving targets and has no counterparts in Russia. Among its advantages are its user-friendliness, light weight, compact size and dimensions, manual and automatic laying mark brightness adjustment, as well as its price, much lower than the price of foreign aiming devices.

"Currently, it is one of the best collimator sights for shooting at fast-moving targets. The aiming device can switch between three types of laying mark and also can save data about its last use, including lighting conditions. Moreover, we will demonstrate a telescopic sight for driven hunting, which enables smooth magnification adjustment from 2x to 10x, a hunting sight with an enlarged high-aperture lens and variable magnification of 2x to 14x, as well as night collimator sights for sports weapons. I believe we have something to attract the attention of Siberian people," said Vasily Morozov, General Director of VOMZ OJSC.

VOMZ OJSC is participating in the "Hunting. Fishing. Recreation" trade exhibition in Irkutsk for the fifth time. The exhibition comprises 14 key thematic sections. Traditionally, Shvabe products have been displayed in Optics, Optical Devices and Accessories for Weapons section, one of the most popular among the exhibition visitors.

Apart from presentations, the exhibition program includes workshops, conferences and round-table discussions, which will address some topical issues in hunting and fishing, as well as several contests, including the best exhibitor contest, in which Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant OJSC, a Shvabe Holding enterprise, will compete.
