OREANDA-NEWS. On June 9, 2015 the order book was closed for the purchase of the Yaroslavl Region's series 35013 bonds (government registration number of the issue is RU35013YRS0) worth RUB 2 bln (28.5% of the issue with a nominal of RUB 7 bln) during an additional placement. The bonds mature on 29.09.2019 and have an amortised repayment structure.

The guidance range for the additional placement was set at 93.50-94.00% of the nominal, which is equal to a yield to maturity of 13.76-14.04% per annum. The guidance range was increased twice during marketing.

During book building investors submitted more than 30 bids. The issuer decided to set the placement price at 94.60% of the nominal, which is equal to a yield to maturity of 13.43% per annum, and accepted 24 bids.

In June 2014, the Yaroslavl Region placed bonds from this issue worth RUB 5 bln. After the order book was closed, the issuer set the first coupon at 10.20% per annum. The rates for coupons 2-21 are equal to the first coupon. The issue has quarterly coupon payments and an amortised repayment structure: 15% of the nominal value will be redeemed on the date of payment of the 8th and 9th coupons, 12.5% - on the date of payment of the 12th, 13th, 16th and 17th coupons and 10% on the date of payment of the 20th and 21st coupons. The nominal value of one coupon is equal to 1,000 roubles.

Settlements for the additional placement will take place on June 10, 2015 on the MICEX Stock Exchange.
