OREANDA-NEWS. Warranty Lada vehicles have record low number of defects, director of Center for Customer Satisfaction Andrey Soldatov said. According to him, the level of Lada quality in three years of operation improved by 43%, Renault and Nissan – by 50%, Datsun – by 60%. We should mention that AVTOVAZ is also adopting " simulators" to improve the quality of Lada assembly. As it was reported earlier, the Lada 4x4 will have even better quality due to the "School of Excellence", which provides the training of assembly process and working skills at a special simulator. The "School of Excellence" was also opened in the painting workshop, where the workers are taught mastic putting methods, improve their skills, check machinery settings.

We should remind that AVTOVAZ has recently improved the Lada Granta and the Lada Kalina brake. Due to replacing of the vacuum booster and other engineering changes, stopping distance of the vehicle at 100 km / h was reduced by 4-5 meters.
