OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2015. Nine students of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) obtained IBM certificates following a successful completion of the course Service–Oriented Architecture Based on IBM WebSphere Products. The course was conducted by the IBA–BSUIR Academic Center of IBM Competences.

When giving the certificates to the university students, IBA representatives stressed the importance of the knowledge gained during the course, and thanked the students for their hard work and responsibility. Two best students received corporate souvenirs from IBA Group.

Earlier this year, IBA Group also presented a number of students with IBM certificates. In April, a group of eighteen students of the Belarusian State University (BSU) successfully completed the course in IBM SPSS Modeler and received IBM certificates at the IBA–BSU IT Competence Center.

In February, a group of BSUIR students obtained IBM certificates following a successful completion of the course Introduction to Big Data.

IBA Group cooperates with the leading Belarusian universities that specialize in training of young specialists in information technologies. These include Belarusian State University, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, and Francisk Skorina Gomel State University (GSU). The result of this cooperation is a number of laboratories and computer classes, as well as learning opportunities for students.

IBA provides free training for students in high–demand technologies. The learning groups consist of IT students recruited on a competitive basis.
