LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic monitoring services in the digital health market, is pleased to announce that on June 22, 2015, the Israeli Supreme Court issued judgment in the parties appeals in the case of Pharma Life Ltd vs. Cardguard Survival Ltd (now LifeWatch Technologies Ltd), thus ending nearly 15 years of litigation.

The decision reversed a large portion of the judgment against LifeWatch Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of LifeWatch AG, and will result in release/return of funds back to the company in the range of seven digit figures in Swiss Francs. Additional details of the Supreme Court's decision will be released in the near future.
