Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan drawn to administrative responsibility
OREANDA-NEWS. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following official letter:
"...Following a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of June 11, 2015 Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC was drawn to administrative responsibility according to part 4 of article 168-6 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code stipulating administrative responsibility for provision by currency control agents of unreliable information on clients' transactions.
In the standard report the Bank provided unreliable information on executed international payment of a legal entity to abroad, instead of USD47,198.27 was indicated an amount of USD41,198.27. Penalty made up KZT79,280".
