OREANDA-NEWS. The amount of "bad" debt by car loans (overdue more than 90 days) for the first half 2015 increased by 15% and it reached 60 billion rubles, according to the collection agency "National service recovery" (NSR).

Over the last 12 months this index has increased by 25.5% or by 12 billion rubles, informed the agency "RIA Novosti". Lenders for the first half gave to outsource for collection agencies the bad debts for 5.9 billion rubles, which is less by 24% than the same period of the last year. We are talking about the initial public offering - that is, the debt was transferred to collectors for the first time.

NSR made also a typical portrait of the debtor. In the structure of transmission of debt in January-June 2015 the share of debtors- men was 64%, women - 36%. The predominance of male debtors is typical for car loans and the number of debtors among other credit products for men and women is equal in roughly.

Among men, 69% of debtors are those who over 36 years old. The share of women over the age of 36 years is 63% of the debt.
