Bank CenterCredit Board of Directors takes decision to issue KZT50.0 bn worth of bonds
OREANDA-NEWS. Bank CenterCredit (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:
"... on the Bank's Board of Directors' taking a decision to increase the Bank's liabilities by KZT50 bn by issuing ten-year registered unsecured coupon subordinated bonds under the third bond program.
The main information on the terms and structure of the new bond issue as well as on the purpose use of funds raised from the proposed bond offering will be published after registration of the Issue prospectus with the authorized body in compliance with the current legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan..."
